Autumn 2010 Starting A New Venture Niche Affiliate Cash

Niche Affiliate Cash: Making Money Quick Online.

Can you really make money quick online? Doesn't the very idea sound like a scam? But think of it like this: if I cleared my garage out and put all the clutter on ebay auctions - depending on the maxim that my junk is someone else's treasure, then within two to three weeks I could earn several hundred dollars selling online. So if I can easily make money quick online with ebay then surely I can be making money quick online with other products and other websites. Websites that I develop myself and drive internet traffic to.

That's all there is to making money quick online: find a hungry market, choose a product to solve their problems, develop a website or blog to promote this product from and ensure lots of these solution seekers make their way onto my web pages! If I can additionally capture their email addresses, so much the better for follow through sales possibilities later on.

Keep it short and simple. Market (problem) - product (solution) - website (sales platform) - people (traffic) - capture email address and keep plugging your product as the immediate solution to their pressing problem. It's a numbers game and if you get enough targeted numbers you will begin to make sales.

Looking at the whole process like that I see the only barrier to success is one's ability to follow through and persistently drive traffic (visitors) to the webpages day after day after day. After the initial excitement of action, repetition boredom sets in. Keep on driving traffic no matter what you feel like and you will break through the seeming difficulties and soon be making money quick online.

Take a little time to also network with other marketers: they may become your valuable joint venture partners later. And build rapport with your prospects and subscribers through a good series of autoresponder messages.

Develop backend products at a higher price to make your sales funnel profitable. Tell the world what you do. Believe in what you offer and enthuse about it. These are the keys to making money quick online: determination, belief and persistence.

Wishing you success online. Want to make money quick online?

Welcome Spring! 2010 The Year My Life Changed Forever!

Internet Marketing Profitability. That is what I will focus on this year in my new consultancy business. So many local retail and service businesses can use the power of internet marketing to increase their sales and their business profile! I aim to help businesses in my locality to gain online presence and credibility and to use the awesome power of online marketing to promote their business to exponentially explode their sales profits!

The true secret to growth and lasting profitability lies within developing a client mailing list. Thus a business of any size can keep track of trends in their customers' expectations and wants. Customers regularly contacted can be gently influenced to perceive the business as a key part of their local retail experience. Keep pace of change by setting trends other local businesses will be keen and quick to follow by understanding your customers' changing interests.

A business must create both mid and long term mission statements. Any business not in a growth state will wither and decay: every business has opportunity to grow sales and increase the number of reliable customers. How is customer service? What are the business mid term growth expectations and goals? A local takeaway could have a mission statement to start home deliveries within three months. Most small businesses have terrific growth potential in deliveries whether free or paid.

A well designed catalogue or menu will increase awareness. Use press releases to enhance the business profile. Consider a joint venture each month with another local supplier: a restaurant could joint venture with a butcher: "All our meat this month from Baxters in the High Street" and "Taste our joints at Palmersons Restaurant, Watch Street."

Increasing profitability for local businesses through promotion awareness and online marketing are key interests for me and I intend to build an exciting consultancy business around this Autumn 2010.

Meanwhile it is early Spring and the trees are putting forth their tentative sprouting! I enjoy walking through my local woods and parks feeling the thrill of business within Nature as the winter folds away and the long hazy days of summer show on horizon! So what are my plans this Spring?

I am starting an online endeavour reviewing quality information products, testing and commenting on their use. I expect this to swiftly develop into creating and marketing my own useful internet products such as software, audio coaching programs and ebooks. The world at your fingertips! Type, click. Explore, discover. Never before in history has the world's information been so readily available within your own home and office! What will you do? How will this great human resource affect YOUR life in 2010 and beyond?

What in the World Wide Web is blogging? And how should I blog?

Blogging is the quickest way today to create yourself an online presence!

And if you use FREE blog at Blogger.com like I do it is FREE! So go to blogger and build yourself a quick website today.

What can you do with a blog? Well you can write a post every day or two-three times a week about what you have been doing, like a public diary: upload new photos and it becomes a useful resource for a far flung family to keep up to date. You can chat through posting comments after the blog post.

Or perhaps you write poetry or want to show your artwork to the world? Or just add funny stories now and then. It can be as "you" or as impersonal as you want it: if you have a hatred for a political party and you want to rant then set up an anonymous blog with a pen-name and rant to your heart's content!

You may want to share your grandfather's gardening tips, or your own cake recipes. Or just record ideas as they come to you. You may want to build a social following and encourage your readers to share their own opinions through the comments box.

Perhaps you have a small business you run from home? What a great way to freely advertise! Add your news and views, updates, photos, latest success stories, testimonials from happy customers: if nothing else you can point potential customers to your blog to see what others say about your business. Make sure you put your contact information clearly at the top of your blog. Add your blog address URL to your business cards and newspaper and directory adverts. Tell people about it in Facebook and your other social media sites. You can even get your blog listed on Google search engine by submitting your blog to Google manually. See google.co.uk

A blog can definitely raise your professional profile: write articles on your profession, post articles by other experts, raise issues - if you want to change companies give the new company your blog address URL - they will be impressed if your posts are up-to-date, relevant and pose interesting questions.

You can go to You Tube video site
and copy the embed link and post video onto your blog! A video you have created about you or your business which you uploaded to You Tube, or a relevant subject by someone else. Keep the content completely relevant to your blog post material to retain credibility. A bad choice would be to embed a funny video to make your readers laugh but which has no correlation to your blog content in general. Each post needs to follow your theme and progress your subject for your readers.

For everything you do in life you can, if you wish, create a corresponding blog!

The simplest blog could be a one page rant about something you bought and didn't like! Or, conversely, a favourable review about a product you do like! State how it has helped you and what you think of the various features.

Creating a blog takes minutes. But it will help you become web-wise. Later you may want to get your own hosting and create a word press blog. Try:

CLICK HERE TO SEE TARIFFS FOR WEB HOSTING AT HOSTMONSTER: BEST ONLINE

All kinds of useful web page templates FREE at wordpress

Those two links will take you the best online web hosting company and to wordpress where you can discover much more about setting up an individual blog for yourself which you host (Google actually hosts this blog - for FREE). You will then want to progress on to create your own website, possibly with a wordpress blog attached - you can do all this from your web host and you may require a frontpage program - try for FREE:

Core FTP here

and then also you may not know HTML for designing your web pages, but that is no problem at all because you can download for FREE a design editor where you just compose what you want to see like you would in wordpad and voila! The editor copes with the HTML for you! Easy! Here is the brilliant FREE nvu program:

Click Here and enter NVU in the search box and download NVU1 for FREE

I hope you will find these links useful. Each day as you browse the internet take a look at different websites, think what you like and dislike about each page and incorporate the features you like into your own pages. Does this grab you? What made you want to click away? Is this too distracting? What background colour works best (hint - white or pale backgrounds with dark lettering are easiest to read)? Where do you want to place graphics? Will these hyper-link (send you to another page or website when you click on the picture)? Copy what you think works best.

So what will your first blog be? A diary? Photo gallery? News and views? Promoting your business? Raising your professional profile? Places you would like to travel? You decide and start today with blogger. Post once or twice a week and give yourself a few weeks then analyse how it is looking: has anyone posted comments? Is the theme coherent or do you ramble on about everything? Will it appeal to your family, friends, customers, colleagues, prospective employers - to whom? And do not worry if you feel it is a complete mess! Start again with a new blog!

Every blog you try will gain you experience for future reference. You will become an expert in what you don't like if nothing else! Visit other people's blogs - what do you like about theirs? Search google for "(any subject) + blog" and visit a number of blogs. Leave a comment! Surf and learn, that's my motto.

Did you find this post helpful? What would you like my next post to be about? Take a moment and post a comment here - your input is much appreciated - after all I want to write about what YOU want to read about! Adios Amigo x

Socialise on facebook - improve your memory and have a laugh!

I have just got 25 new facebook friends this week, that's pretty good! I love viewing everyone's picture photo albums! 24 of these friends I knew at my two secondary schools - reunion time ;)

Facebook is not just another web 2.0 application - it is the way to communicate with people you have known so you can 3 dimensionalise your life: it's the internet equivalent of "This Is Your Life" and it is great! I went to four schools and two colleges and have "met up with" people from all but my first school where I simply cannot remember anyone's name as I was only 5 then. I suppose my next step is to link up with forgotten relatives (who are all too religious to do anything internet so no go there) and the many people from my last 18 years of teaching. Some of my first pupils whom I taught as 11 year olds are now left university and teaching or married themselves! It's an amazing way to keep in communication with the people you have worked with over the years.

Make your own facebook profile more dynamic for your friends by adding some nice portraits and if possible a childhood, teenage, family and some school photos. This helps folk's memories soar back through the years! And makes more sense of who you are now. This week I will be digging out old school photos!

Facebook is all about fun! Sure you can get as many friends as you can in order to advertise to them but that is really a waste of what web 2.0 has to offer. Just wade in and enjoy the applications, games, chat, send some messages. I am just the same, facebook or no, but I do feel part of a much wider horizon now than just the walls of my boring flat and the boring flats opposite! No matter where I go or what I do, the concept of me means something to my friends on facebook - in fact, I actually feel like I want to achieve more online because of this!

So my latest project is to work out how to upload a band CD we made to MySpace - this gives my friends a more 3D idea of who I am. Bravo to Frances Pearce, flautist, who has developed a terrific website about herself as flute teacher. I hope she won't mind me sharing this- www.francesthornton.co.uk
I will go and ask her now! Also Frances has a facebook group called Flauto - fab!
Later I will video myself playing piano and upload this to YouTube. This will in turn encourage me to compose some songs specially and record/video those and upload them!

What could you add? Record yourself reading your own poetry! Photo your kids art pictures! I deeply regret having taught piano over 17 years yet not having videoed my pupils playing! Now is the age of proud self publishing where to promote yourself is hip and no longer an embarrasment called "Vanity Publishing" go on get out there and be creative! We are all interested, we are your Public! These endeavours make the internet viable and 3D so publish all you can - be original, be daring, be surprising, be worldwideweb!

http://www.facebook.com/
http://www.myspace.com/
http://www.youtube.com/
http://www.twitter.com/

And yes this week I need to go explore Twitter, goodness, I am fast falling into the tech world! I like web 2.0 because you can have a laugh, share your crazy moments with folk and communicate across the world. Webcam even gives us the opportunity now to chat and see each other. Obviously all this communication will accelerate over the next decade. Free phone calls over the net - well hurrah, that's good thinking! The internet is in the making, now, today, by you, by me, we are developing this phenomenom daily to our design. So go ahead and share your pictures, poetry, old school reports, shout all from the rooftops!

Feel free to comment below on what YOU personally like about facebook and similar websites, any you recommend, put a link to whatever you wish or just share a funny story, or tell us how web 2.0 (social media) is changing YOUR life! Share or be square ;)

Have a great week!

How To Boost Your Sales Record Over The Next 60 Days With No Extra Effort!

I believe there are underlying factors! Why does one sales person get to work on Monday and sell whilst another struggles to sell all week long? Change your belief! Change your habit patterns, get out of your thought rut, put spring in your step, look at yourself and your ideals afresh! Success in sales leads to personal wealth. building wealth and the concepts behind programming your attitude to become successful in your work is the underlying topic I will be exploring this summer to help increase your sales figures. Today I have been reading an excellent and inspiring article full of good common sense principles which will enable you to establish a tremendous new sales pattern over the next 60 days. take time to absorb the ideas here and then write them out and post around your office: keep smiling!

Here is Mary Townsend with her article "CREATING WEALTH -ANCIENT WISDOM FOR A MODERN WORLD!" I hope you enjoy it and that it proves useful to you.

Creating wealth and being truly successful in business and life doesn't happen by chance or wishful thinking. Nor is it necessary to 'speak into the universe' or perform any other strange rituals, though doing so won't prevent it from happening either.

Yes, there are laws that govern the creation of wealth, just like there are laws that dictate that when you put the right seed into the right soil, in the right conditions, you get a great harvest.
It's not spooky or strange in any way. Ask any farmer. It's a simple, ancient wisdom that continues to work today, as it has for thousands of years and will continue to do so for as long as the earth remains.

When a farmer wants to plough a new field, a bit of work has to be done first. All major obstacles have to be removed or, with all the best intentions in the world, his hard work will be in vain. There may be a few obstacles keeping you from your success, but the main one is fear.
You cannot hide from the current economic problems. It's only right that you should be aware of what's going on in the world. But being informed is one thing - being in fear is quite another! Never be motivated by fear in anything you undertake or it will fail.
There have been recessions and financial catastrophes before and there will be again. During those uncertain times, one thing is for sure, there will be many that will start or continue to create great wealth that will last them a lifetime. There's no reason why one of them shouldn't be you?

Here are five things that have been known since ancient times to lead to prosperity for all who dare to try them.

1. Meet more people. We are living increasingly isolated lives, as families split up and move away. The pursuit of work, pressures of travelling and finding suitable living accommodation, just make matters worse.
Ancient wisdom shows that strong family ties and good connections generate opportunity and wealth. Re-build or strengthen family ties, if you can. Think of ways to meet like-minded people. Perhaps get involved with social or business activities, your local church, voluntary or charitable work...

2. Develop a great attitude. It's not fashionable or cool to care about anyone but yourself, I know, but ancient wisdom says that treating yourself and others with respect will bring increase and favour into your life. Don't just think it; be active in your improved attitude. Smile, give a compliment, do your best, don't cut corners and do try to be patient.
Did you know that, no matter how you feel, a simple smile automatically activates a part of your brain that releases a chemical into your system making you feel instantly better? Try it and see.

3. Be passionate. Most people's ideal form of employment would be to spend the day doing something they really love and getting paid for it. It's a great idea but there are a couple of problems with it. 1) You may not be good enough at it to generate an income. 2) There may not be enough of a demand for what you love to do.
Ancient wisdom agrees that you should be passionate about your life's work, but puts it this way round. First, find out what people actually need, decide what need you can meet then learn to be passionate about it!
This way you don't have to wait until you get good enough at what you love to do, or hope you may live long enough for the demand to rise, you can start today. What do people want that you're already able to provide? This is also the best marketing tip anyone will ever give you!

4. Give something back. This is the stumbling block that prevents most of us realising our dreams. If you intend to wait to give until you're wealthy, you will be going against the fundamental principle of creating wealth in the first place. Ancient wisdom says you reap what you sow. Sow nothing, reap nothing. Give out of whatever you have right now and continue to do so as you increase.
Look at what you have in your hands right now. If it doesn't look big enough to be your harvest, it may be your seed. Sow it wisely!

5. Never retire. Life's too good to opt out.
I challenge you to apply the above principles for the next 60 days, at least. If they don't look much like a plan for wealth and success think of it this way, does a bag of seed look anything like a harvest? You do your part and it will happen!

If the above article has put you in a better frame of mind and thinking more positively about the future of your business, why not visit me at: http://www.netstrengths.com/ for some practical ideas to grow your business and increase your profits?
You can also pick up a FREE copy of Marketing Matters: 26 Bright Ideas to Boost Your Business at: http://www.NetStrengths.com/marketing_matters

Well, I find this inspiring and I hope it also stirs you to action! How easy it is to slip in patterns of behaviour that produce the same old results year after year when just around the corner, all for the want of a simple smile, is an exciting new result for you!

All the best for 60 days! Please leave a comment to tell me how you succeed!

Create Huge Sales Profits By Selling What You Know And Believe In!

"Don't sell the product, sell your love for the product or the services you can offer the customer" - Dr Wane Dyer

How persuasive are you when you believe in what you are selling? Think about the last time you recommended a movie or a restaurant to a friend. Did you feel self conscious or apprehensive about putting your case forward? How much passion and enthusiasm did you exhibit whilst presenting your reasons why they should go?

Have you ever noticed that even if the response we get back is somewhat negative we still keep "swinging" and easily counter any concerns or objections? Many times it is simply our enthusiasm that encourages them to give it a go.

Have you ever tried to sell something or convince someone about something, which you did not believe in? It's pretty tough going isn't it? So when it comes to selling, is it possible to persuade without believing in the products or service that you offer? Chances are good that you can probably muddle through for a while, but, over time, because you feel as though you are lying your ability to sell effectively will be hampered.

"You'll never sell a product you don't like and don't believe in." This is one of the golden business rules that comes straight from Donald Trump's TV show "The Apprentice." Belief is one of our most powerful persuasion tools. With strong belief in your company and the merchandise you sell, you can pretty much sell to anyone.

On the other hand, where a conviction or belief is lacking you will stumble and fall at the first roadblock the customer places before you. One of the main reason salespeople struggle to overcome issues and questions around price is that they are unable to see the difference between what they have on their shelves and the products of their competition. "It's not the how that empowers you... It's the why!"

How well do you know your product? How well do you know the services and merchandise of your competition? How much of the merchandise that you sell do you own? One of the greatest retail sales people I met sells more top priced branded jeans (between $400 & $500 ea) than anyone else in his company. When I asked how he did it, he replied, pointing to a pair that he was wearing (He also happens to own several pairs) and said," I just sell the love!" The more you believe in what you sell, the more you will sell.

As one of Australia's leading authorities and coaches in sales management, Ian Segail has been involved in the coaching, training and development of sales managers and salespeople for over two decades. Drawing on 25 years of experience in sales, sales management and leading an HR and training team, Ian brings a strong dose of fiscal reality and practicality to his works as a Sales Performance Coach. Engaging directly with business owners and both novice and experienced sales managers alike, across a wide variety of industries and selling disciplines, the focus of Ian's work is to transform sales results for companies by improving sales management practices. Ian is the author of "Bulletproof Your Sales Team - The 5 Keys To Turbo-Boosting Your Sales Team's Results" and a number of business articles, business reports and white papers including "The fish stinks from the head!" and "Why Sales Training Doesn't Work." Ian has an insatiable hunger for studying selling and people management and has passionately pursued answers to the question "How come some people can sell and most can't?"
He can be reached via

I hope you find this useful in your own sales approach. Take time daily to refine your goals within your selling and to study both your market and the applications within your market of your product. What problems can you solve for the clients you will meet today? Believe, enthuse, impart, share: see the world through your clients eyes and present the benefits of your product as he wishes to understand them in order to seal the sale.

How You Can Close More Sales Today!

How can YOU increase your sales volume success today? Instant like-ability! Encourage your prospects to like you! People trust and believe the people they like. If they like you they believe in you and if they believe in you they will buy from you. YES!

How can you become more likeable? Empathy. Listen carefully to your prospect's needs and wants. What is their primary problem? How will solving this help their life? Ask questions that encourage the person to share with you the things that count with them. You will soon appear to them to be on their side. Someone they can trust.

Then they will listen to you. Best of all, encourage the prospect to draw from within themselves and allow them to sell your product to themselves! "How will this solution (product) change your life?" Usually the prospect will take time to consider this: allow them the time to think 'inside' and resist the urge to interrupt. This thinking 'inside' time is dynamite to your efforts: the prospect is truly dwelling on the prefferred outcome of purchasing what you sell. It is a deep moment of acceptance to them where they cross over into the realm of being eager to enjoy your product, thus ready to buy!

Listening, asking open-ended questions and keeping silent whilst the prospect thinks 'inside' for their reaction is crucial to your success in your sales presentation. You only have one opportunity to make a lasting and favourable first impression. So work on developing rapport and especially empathy with your prospect: be quick to identify with them however you can. Speak in a soothing tone. Say "Mmm" to agree. Know where to be silent. You will have no need to push the sale: your prospect will eagerly sell themselves on the benefits your product can offer them. So let the prospect feel that you have similar experience to them, that you listen and care, that their opinion is important to them and they will like you! When they like you they trust you, when they trust you they believe in you, when they believe in you they buy! And they sell their friends!

Believe in this approach today and watch your close rate success soar!
